The Gateway-Thunderbird Motel, an InnLink affiliate, is located in Seaside, CA overlooking the beautiful Monterey Bay on the central coast of California. The Monterey Peninsula is a beautiful place with exciting things to do and see. There are beaches, golf courses, Fisherman Warf, Cannery Row and Monterey Bay Aquarium. Our area offers a variety of activities for everyone including golf, tennis, deep-sea fishing, hang-gliding, biking, scuba diving and horseback riding. From Monterey you can enter the 17 Mile Drive, one of the most scenic seaside roads, which goes southward across the peninsula to Carmel. Big Sur State Park is a great place to experience the beauty of giant redwoods thriving in fern-lined coastal canyons. They have extensive trail system and fishing spots. The Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway is the Place for motor sports fans to immerse themselves in the total speedway experience. After a day of sight seeing come back and relax by our seasonal heated outdoor pool. Enjoy a Complimentary Breakfast from 8am to 11am each morning. Our smoking or non smoking comfortable rooms include a single Queen bed, a single King bed, 2 Double beds, or 2 Queen Beds. Rooms fully equipped with remote controlled color Cable-TV, bathroom amenities, microwave, Mini-fridge, wireless high speed internet access and free local calls.
